Mrs. Fowlkes’ passion for helping others in the Mental Health and Legal professions is the catalyst for creating PAF Consulting Services LLC.  

 

After 20+ years in these professions, Mrs. Fowlkes realized she not only has a passion for helping others but she enjoys writing, performing research to locate resources, and mastered documentation and record keeping.

 

Mrs. Fowlkes has completed a Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Justice with a minor in Psychology and a Master of Science Degree in Public Administration.
